1. INTRODUCTION

"we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of
our website at healthsolutionsrecovery.com (the "Website") and any related services
(collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not
agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and
have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on
behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT APPLIES TO EVERY PRODUCT WE SELL.

3.1 Not Medical Advice
Health Solutions sells wellness and recovery equipment, including saunas, cold plunge tubs, hot tubs, and light therapy devices. We are a retailer, not a medical provider. Nothing on this Website, in our product descriptions, or in any of our communications is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No statement on this Website has been
evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

3.2 Consult a Physician First
Heat therapy and cold water immersion place real stress on the cardiovascular system.
You should consult a qualified physician before using any product purchased from us,
and you should not use these products if you are pregnant, or if you have or may have
heart disease, high or low blood pressure, circulatory problems, diabetes, epilepsy or
a seizure disorder, respiratory conditions, or any other medical condition, or if you
are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.

3.3 Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that the use of saunas, cold plunge tubs, hot tubs, and similar
equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to overheating,
hyperthermia, hypothermia, cold shock response, fainting, slipping, drowning, burns,
electric shock, cardiac events, and in extreme cases serious injury or death. You
voluntarily assume all such risks for yourself and for anyone you permit to use the
product.

3.4 Supervision and Safe Use
Never use these products alone when practicing cold immersion. Never allow children to
use or access these products unsupervised. Always follow the manufacturer's
instructions, temperature limits, and recommended session durations that accompany your
product.

3.5 Installation, Electrical, and Site Requirements
Many of our products require a suitable foundation, adequate drainage, weather
considerations, and dedicated electrical service installed by a licensed electrician in
accordance with local codes. You are solely responsible for confirming that your site
meets the product's requirements, for obtaining any permits your municipality requires,
and for having the product installed correctly and safely. We are not responsible for
installation, for the suitability of your site, or for any damage or injury resulting
from improper installation, unsuitable siting, or failure to follow manufacturer
instructions.

4. ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

4.1 Account Creation
To access certain features you may need to create an account. You agree to provide
true, accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.

4.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, for
all activity that occurs under your account, and for notifying us immediately of any
unauthorized use.

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

5.1 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

5.2 Pricing and Errors
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an
incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to refuse
or cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment method has already been
charged and we cancel the order, we will issue a refund in the amount of the charge.

5.3 Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. You agree to provide
current, complete, and accurate billing information.

5.4 Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for product availability,
errors in the description or price of a product, or suspected fraudulent or
unauthorized transactions.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

6.1 Shipping Policy
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for shipping times, costs, and procedures. Large
items ship as curbside freight, and important inspection requirements apply at
delivery. Please read that policy before ordering.

6.2 Freight Inspection
For freight shipments, you are responsible for inspecting the shipment and noting any
visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing for it. Failure to do so may
limit our ability to recover a damage claim from the carrier on your behalf, as
described in our Shipping Policy.

6.3 Risk of Loss
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to
you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. Large freight items are subject to a
restocking fee and customer-paid return freight on change-of-mind returns. Please
review that policy before ordering.

8. PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Products may carry a manufacturer's warranty. Any such warranty is provided by the
manufacturer, not by Health Solutions, and is subject to the manufacturer's terms.
Except as expressly stated, and except for rights you have under applicable law, we
make no warranties of our own regarding the products we sell. Warranties are typically
voided by improper installation, unauthorized modification, use outside the
manufacturer's stated conditions, or inadequate maintenance.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

9.1 Ownership
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is
the property of Health Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by
intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent
permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12.2 No Warranty
We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, that they will be
uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results obtained from their use
will be accurate or reliable.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Health Solutions, its
directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the
Services or the products, any unauthorized access to our servers or your information,
or any interruption of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Health Solutions and its affiliates
from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising
from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any
third-party right, or your use, installation, or maintenance of any product purchased
from us.

15. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately,
without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law
provisions.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

17.1 Informal Resolution
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it informally.

days of the issue arising.

17.2 Binding Arbitration
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree that it will be
settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association
under its applicable rules. The arbitration will take place in Palm Beach County,
Florida, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

17.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute will be resolved individually, and not as part of any class
action, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

17.4 Exceptions
Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if eligible, or seek injunctive
relief for alleged infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.

18. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes are
effective immediately upon posting to the Website. It is your responsibility to review
these Terms periodically.

19. MISCELLANEOUS

19.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining
provisions remain in effect.

19.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund
Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Services.

19.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that
right.
